We Need You!While over 300 students enjoy the Academy’s outstanding program and curriculum, over 50% of the student body would not be able to attend ICJA without tuition assistance. Every gift counts. It is through gifts small and large that we raise the necessary funds to ensure that every Academy student receives a top-notch Jewish and general studies education. Last year, we offered over $1.2 million in tuition subvention, and the demands for assistance continue to grow. It is essential that ICJA raise increased dollars in order to ensure that every student who wishes to attend ICJA may do so, no matter what their financial status is. Where do your dollars go? A monthly donation of: $10 = A student’s annual activity fee $20 = A student’s books and school supplies $50 = Students will be able to attend Shabbatons and other ICJA Retreats $100 = Books and Audiovisual materials for the ICJA library $500 = Ten computers for ICJA classrooms $18,000 = A full tuition along with books, supplies, and activity fees for one student ICJA is a 501(c)3 organization. Financial resources come from the Jewish United Fund and Jewish Federation of Chicago, the Associated Talmud Torahs of Chicago, individual contributions, public and private foundations, endowments, special events, tuition and investment income.
