This Year's ReceptionMore than 70 donors gathered in Skokie on Sunday, January 31, for the 2010 Society of Patrons annual reception. The event, at the home of Amy and John Lowenstein, recognizes ICJA donors to the scholarship fund at the $1,800 level or more and honors the 2010 Dr. Edward A Crown Scholarship Dinner honorees. Many thanks to the Lowenstein's for hosting the elegant evening and to all of the donors who continue to donate time, money and resources to making the Academy a leading academic institution.
To Join the SOPIn 2009, we at Ida Crown Jewish Academy granted more than $1,500,000 in scholarship assistance with the support of the Society of Patrons and our Corporate Sponsors. We believe that no one should be denied a Jewish education for financial reasons, and your generosity helps us fulfill that ideal.
Society of Patrons memberships and Corporate Sponsorship gifts entitle donors to attend a private reception in the winter, place a complimentary ad in the Scholarship Dinner Ad Journal and attend the dinner in February as our guests.
