Talmudim Yikarim

As we are making final preparations for the coming year, we are doing everything possible to ensure that this will be a safe new year, filled with learning, friends, and inspiration.

Earlier this week, you received your academic schedules for next year, and probably have begun to think about the changes that will be in place for our new school year. Unfortunately, to safeguard everyone’s health, there will be many, and some will change the ICJA experience you are so accustomed to having. But with your assistance, this will be a great year.

But before it can begin, we need to review the policies and expectations for the coming year. To do so, next week there will be a series of mandatory meetings for all students. The meeting will be held in my zoom room (https://us02web.zoom.us/j/3819881616?pwd=OUxkQmJPSDc2U3VtYmpCdndLVG9sZz09) and will last approximately one hour. During that time, I will review our rules for social distancing and masks, the opportunities you will have to reserve spaces for your free periods and answer any questions you may have.

Because this meeting is so important, we will take attendance, all students must keep their cameras on and appear in school uniform

The schedule of meetings is as follows:

12th Grade: Monday, August 17, 8:00 pm

11th Grade: Tuesday, August 18, 8:00 pm

10th Grade: Wednesday, August 19, 8:00 pm

If you can’t attend the meeting on your assigned night, please let me know ASAP so that we can make alternative plans. No student will be allowed to attend school without participating in one of these preparatory meetings.

If you have any questions, please feel free to be in touch with me.
