Students Accepted to Nation’s Top Colleges

Starting freshman year, our guidance department will help you set attainable college goals and ensure that you are on track to get there. Junior and senior year, we will guide you to present yourself in the best light possible, with strong personal essays, outstanding recommendations and impressive resumes.

More than 30 universities visit ICJA each fall, and our guidance counselors visit colleges around the country to meet with admissions officers and tour schools with a strong Jewish life on campus. You’ll meet one-on-one with counselors throughout high school and take group seminars. In addition, informational meetings and lectures occur each year for every grade level.

Our courses go beyond preparing you for college. Alumni survey results from Measuring Success, LLC, an independent research company, show that alumni were above their peers in college readiness.

Our students place well above national averages in all four areas of academic testing, according to the ACT measure of all four major academic areas: English composition, reading, math and science.
