ICJA Competes in YU National Model UN

Last Sunday, a dozen Model UN members headed to Stamford, Connecticut, along with Model UN faculty sponsor and coach Mr. Joshua Cooper to compete in the Yeshiva University National Model United Nations Competition.

Senior Yehuda Goldstein, juniors Ronit Kinar, Michal Belsh, and Adi Gryka, sophomore Binyamin Friedman and Ari Shyovitz represented Pakistan.

Seniors Natan Miller and Yoshi Bernstein, juniors Eliana Frankel and Levi Madoff, and sophomore Zachary Kupietzky represented Russia.

Yasher koach to Levi Madoff on winning an Honorable Mention representing Russia in the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA). Levi was recognized for his stellar work tackling complex topics, including nuclear power sources in space and the lunar space race.
