Mr. Jacob Dickman

Mr. Dickman has a BA in Management from Benedictine University and a MSc in Threat and Response Management from The University of Chicago. He has co-authored several books on Emergency Management and has been teaching EMS for over 10 years. Mr. Dickman is also a 19 year veteran of the Chicago Fire Department and currently holds the rank of Paramedic Field Chief. This is his third year teaching at the Academy.
