One of the meaningful aspects of high school at the Academy for all of our students is the daily interaction with students from the Keshet High School housed in our building. Not only do ICJA students volunteer as peer buddies with Keshet students, but all of our students spend time with friends in Keshet in the lunchroom, the hallways, at lockers and in all-school programming.

A highlight of the year for baseball fans in Keshet and at the Academy is the annual Buddy Baseball program. Buddy Baseball is played on a disability-enabled baseball field, allowing all ballplayers to enjoy the game they love. Each Ace was a buddy, assisting ballplayers from Keshet. Boys and girls, young and young at heart, participated in the game, where high-fives were abundant and smiles were stretched from first to third. Joining what was the third annual game were: Yoni Asher, Josh Goldrich, Avi Braun, Noah Perlman, Joseph Dimbert, Max Baker, Zack Paskoff and Myles Dernigby.
