Rabbi Matanky Honored by WZO

Rabbi Leonard Matanky was one of four rabbis honored by the World Zionist Organization conference held in Jerusalem. Rabbi Matanky, pictured second from right, was honored for his contributions to American Jewry and for his work with Israel, along with Rabbi Chaim Druckman, the Rosh HaYehiva of Yeshivot Bnei Akiva; the Rabbi of Toulouse and the Chief Rabbi of Belgium. Attending the event were both chief rabbis, the mayor of Jerusalem, the Head of the WZO and 140 rabbis from 40 countries.
